上杉家歴代藩主の居城跡・松が岬公園の堀に映る水上花火が特徴の納涼花火大会。
5000発の花火が打ち上げられ、約30店の露店が並ぶ。18時からは地元アーティストによるパフォーマンスも開催される。開催時間は19:30〜21:00。
